My package sent by the USPS supplier shows as "DELIVERED" but it is not visible in my account.
This peculiarity arises because packages sent by USPS show "DELIVERED" when they arrive to our postal zone 33166, not necessarily to TUPAQ Courier Miami. Actual delivery of these packages is made to our warehouse within 1 to 5 business days after the "DELIVERED" status is recorded. This process ensures that your shipments are handled and received efficiently in our logistics center.
