Follow these steps to request your home delivery with TUPAQ Courier:

1️⃣ Log in to your account from the app or from www.TUPAQ.com.do
2️⃣ Verify your packages and make sure they are in “available” status.
3️⃣ Select the “Pay” option and review the details of the amount and packages reflected in your account.
4️⃣ Click “Continue”.
5️⃣ Choose the delivery option: “Home delivery” if you wish to receive your package at home, “Pick up in store” if you prefer to pick it up at a service point, if you select “Home delivery”, confirm that your address is correct.
6️⃣ Confirm and select your payment method to complete the order. Important: Home deliveries are made within 24 working hours after payment.‍
